Description
Purpose and spirit of Title III, along with detailed information of compliance on Title III entities, will be discussed in this course. Clarification of such terms as ‘reasonable accommodations’, and ‘undue burden’ will be discussed, along with a focus on reasonable modifications for policies and procedures. (Approximate time: 60 Min Total)
