Is there an accessible route to the restroom once inside the business? Public accommodations must remove architectural barriers and communication barriers that are structural in nature in existing facilities when it is readily achievable to do so. Throughout this course we will examine how small business owners can address self-site evaluations under readily achievable barrier removal. We will dive into the civil rights aspect of decision making, what tools a small business can use, common mistakes, and web accessibility. (Approximate time: 120 Min)
